Friends, I am giving you this information not to advertise you about he product, I can also provide you with the dump. But what I want all of you to do is, use the dump not only to pass the exam, but to learn from it also. Frankly speaking, I use dumps too, but I read the question and understand their answers, i drill down the explanation behind the answer and thus understand the concept.

My request to everyone, use the dump to prepare for the exam and to gain knowledge. dont just use it for the exam.

I will soon upload the dumps and 5 ITIL V3 books which is very useful.

Hello Manish,

I totally agree with you about understanding the dumps and not just using them for answers!

I took all the dumps. You mentioned + all the material my friends had with them. I also gave the exam after going thru all the materials. But, I fumbled the test. It was a hard blow of 165USD!

The trick is to understand the questions and give the best matching answer. The questions I found to be very tricky at first. Considering the time constraint at my end, I could not give enough time to prepare for the exam on myself. If I had enough time, I would have cracked the test on my own, I am sure!

Later, I got professional training and gave the exam. At Vyom labs they took only 2 days of my time and I cleared the test. It was worth it.

I guess it totally depends on ones constraints, whether to give the exam on your own or to get the training and crack it.

However, thank you for your help

Hi Manish ,

I did read few dumps there answers differ I believe few are incorrect . I need to know the correct answer for the same . One such Question is
. The Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle can be used to plan and implement Service Management Processes:
How many times should each stage of the cycle be visited?
A. There should be a single Plan and Do, and then Check and Act should be carried out multiple times to Implement Continual Improvement
B. Each stage should be carried out once in the order Plan-Do-Check-Act
C. The entire cycle should be repeated multiple times to Implement Continual Improvement
D. There should be a single %n. then the Do-Check-Act cycle should be repeated multiple times to Implement Continual improvement

I think the Ans is A but different dumps show different answers .

Hi Priya,

I am afraid you are incorrect. The answer to that question is C. If you look at any method of answering this questions, all thoughts will lead to this answer only. The Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle has to be definitely repeated for ensuring continual improvement. Just imagine the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle as a cycle wheel. The wheel needs to be rotating repeatedly and numerous no. of times inorder to keep moving ahead/forward. In the same way, Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle has to be repeated to serve better.

Hope this helps you. Please feel free to correct me if I am not.

Hi Bharat ,

After I read through , it is not A for sure . But I dont think the answer is C as well .

If you read through PDCA . The PDCA has to be implemented once after which we only do Check Act for Continous service Improvement .

See this >>>

At implementation, all four stages of the Deming cycle are used.
With ongoing improvement, CSI draws on the Check and Act stages to monitor, measure, review and implement initiatives.

>>

Hence they say , PDCA is implemented then only CA is continued .
